Pros

It works without a hitch. Works like a charm. Users' consternation is understandable.

Cons

This is not a true amazon product and once they are exposed they will re-shell their product and re-release it again under another name. Spend your money on a better switch, otherwise prepare to order a new one of these every 3-4 months.

On my tower, they barely reach from the graphics card to the usb ports near the other end of the motherboard. Freezes and stops responding to mouse and keyboard. I think the vga connections in the kvm/ wiring may be loose.

Tech support is slow and effortless as any chinese brand is. The switch it comes with to change channels on the other hand feels cheaply made and has no indicator showing which channel its in.

Like the other reviews have mentioned, this hub does not provide enough power for my keyboard, even with the additional power plugged in.

Normally i don't write a review, but i have to speak up in regards to the quality and speed of the customer service team at rosewill.

Rosewill is one of only a few on the market for 4 inputs at a reasonable price.

Competitiveness

Helps me switch between my work and home pc without having to constantly replug kb and mouse.

There was no power cord included and it used the obsolete usb mini connector instead of a microusb.

I easily fixed that with a labelmaker.

I have to install the icue software on both pc's for colors and f keys to work properly.
