The locking feature is fantastic, one handed and works like a charm. The locking function is well engineered also. I like quality designed and mechanics and these are great. Gravity activated to allow for single hand use while cooking.

Will probably last a lifetime if i dont accidentally drop them down a sewer manhole or throw them at my neighbors dog

I believe this product was made in china which was a disappointment
