Pros

Lid is shatter-proof and dishwasher safe. Lid has plastic underlay that seals to the inner basket, which can be removed from the glass top for cleaning.

Cons

Only the bowl is stainless steel (multiple used for that bowl), the lid on top is glass. No way to reconnect it. The strainer is plastic and rest on on another piece of plastic.

The mechanism feels very smooth positive and solid while spinning, spun it fast as i can and it’s buttery smooth.

Very well made, very nice product, i highly recommend it.

Everything comes apart for cleaning and is dishwasher safe (no more throwing away spinners with mold growing in the lid).

Everything that my salad components would come into contact with while spinning dry is plastic.

Price

So much better than inexpensive plastic models.

I’ve spent at least $80 in spinners and countless hours of shopping and research to get to this point.

I dont care about the higher price point.

Cons:1) maybe the price which is high for a salad spinner - but that’s up to you whether or not you want it.

I received the salad spinner and it looks beautiful!

First out of the box, i noted the spinner was smaller than any of mine.
