Pros

Like other rosle products this is superbly made. Works very slick. Exactly as advertised.

Rosle tomato and (fresh only) mozzarella slicer quickly makes perfect slices. The slices are uniform, the tomato retains its shape, and even the small amount of juice is contained within the slicer.

Little on the expensive side but does slice nicely. Just be careful when cleaning. Keeping the blades clean, dry and stored properly has kept the blades razor sharp.

Cons

May work great for blocks of cheese or onions, but ripened tomatoes get mashed. Two fresh firm tomatoes were reduced to mush.

Does not do a nice job of slicing mozzarella balls. Just smashes them. They respond better to a sawing motion than to a cleaving motion.

Serrated blades are a little hard to clean but it's very sturdy and well made.

Very nice design and has held up well.

Wires are not reliable, and i had been using a plastic slicer with metal blades.

Cleanup was simple with a dishwashing brush.

Little on the expensive side but does slice nicely.

Its pricier than other versions but it is definitely worth it.
