Pros & Cons
Pros
This meat pounder is very well made and heavy. It's heavy enough to do a great job pounding and flattening meat for cutlets, without tearing the meat.
Real stainless, means dishwasher safe. Cleans in seconds.
This can be used as a meat tenderizer, or a spatula. My hubsnad loves to use this when making hamburgers. A tenderizer is a must for every kitchen.
Cons
It kind of shreds the meat if you hit at the wrong angle, which is oftener than you would think. It seems fairly solid, but the handle was bent when i received it.
Highlights
Quality
The quality of the material and construction of the tenderizer has really stood up well to multiple uses and washes.
It's so hefty and solid and feels top quality.
Competitiveness
Finally good one after trying other brands.
