Pros

I was shocked with the quality of cheese grater. I wish the handle was a bit heavier but so far it's great! Love the suction to the counter feature as well.

This grater makes very quick work out of 2 lb blocks of cheese. Cleaning is a breeze. Produces excellent results with little waste.

Once set up, it stays securely in place during use. No more worrying about accidentally grating your fingers or nails. It's very versatile and extremely easy to put together and use.

This is so much better than grating by hand. It has several different attachments to use for shredding and slicing. Makes easy work of shredding cabbage and carrots for coleslaw.

Cons

The handle has a lot of play and it just doesn't feel solid when actually grading. All the shredding options (3 sizes) make the cheese come out in tubes, not shreds.

Packaging/appearance

It looks perfect it was wrapped very clean

I noticed there was a white box with good pictures of the various blades and 3 images of what could be done with the blade

The black box is a little difficult for my old eyes

I haven’t used it yet but i have taken it out of the box and appears to be perfect

Competitiveness

I have found some difficulty getting the hopper firmly attached to the basebut im getting better
