Pros
The fleece has big wide open cuffs around the wrist. The shell has a hook and loop cuff that can snug up to the wrist very well. Only bad part is that the fleece shown in the pictures is not exactly correct.

Ive worn it in 20degs with high winds and it was ok for a few minutes

The rain hood is stored in the neck compartment which makes the neck too thick to zip up all the way in the front with the liner in it
