I purchased kyjen 2496 dog backpack easyfit dog pack with removable saddlebags so my dog could carry his own goods when hiking but the dog pack which is designed like a harness does not have a place to attach a leash

I hook the carabiner onto the handle yes the pack has a handle as if you were going to lift your dog like a piece of luggage and then hook the leash onto the dring
