Pros

Worn under a hood the openness keeps sweat from getting too bad. Comfortable woven material conforms to you head better that the more dense fleece hats which are more wind resistant. Bought my granddaughter a pea coat, and got this cap to go with it.

Cons

N wool watch cap is stated to be 100% wool and “gsa compliant”. It is not heavyweight. No military would issue their personnel such a lightweight and insubstantial piece of gear.
