It isnt military issue or milspec and i dont think it was ever intended to fool anyone into thinking the wearer is gi joe nor was that my expectation when i ordered it

I agree with other reviewers that the hat came so tightly rolled into a small bag that it caused unwanted creases that are difficult but not impossible to remove and one side of the chin strap was so far out of place that it was unusable until i detached it and sewed it back into a more appropriate location
