Black universal hook and loop velcro that does not come with this product needs to be listed somehow along with the vest or suggested to get something that would go with the vest

I only looked at what others bought when purchasing the vest and noticed the loop on the separate item hook and loop was the same that is shown as what i assumed was part of the vest
