They are quality enough to use daily for me, certainly high enough quality to have in your trunk/ go bag/ survival kit/ etc.

But i was very impressed with the weight of the blanket, and how thick it feels.

Maybe i got lucky, maybe i had low expectations, maybe i'm just used to the smell but i have no problem with the two blankets i received.

I bought three, one for our bed, one for my son and the third for the wife's car for the winter just in case she gets stuck.

I can't believe the price and just ordered a second one.

My husband says the scent out of the package smells a little like gun oil to him.

You can't use it right out of the package.

Shortly after receiving it i tore into the box, ripped open the plastic bag and took a big whiff.

But for the money this one is a no-brainer.

I expected that from the reviews, for meit's not that big of a deal.
