Pros

The materials, stitching and craftsmanship are the real deal. These are very close to my original jungle boots from nam. They are still tad loose, but thick socks take up the slack.

Rothco boots are 2 inches higher and lighter. They breath better than all leather boots, and also have 2 vent holes. Most of the reviews say these boots are durable and last a while. Here's hoping they withstand the test of time.

First impression is great. Descent quality. Good solid quality, and quite comfy. Good to wear with jeans and a night out to the dive bar!

Cons

Very disappointing purchase. Lost in comfort but win in durability slightly. Boots have 2 holes to allow feet to breath which is poorly designed as they inhale dust/dirt especially water.

The insole is cardboard, not similar to cardboard i mean actual cardboard. The tag say suede but the boot is some synthetic smooth yet grainy material. The hard black ridge along the heel rubs like crazy even when wearing two pairs of thick socks. Ins... Read More

Ordered size 13 wide, should've ordered 2 sized down. I wear a 12, and ther were marked as a size 12, but they were more like a 14!
