Pros

Side pockets are the largest water bottle pockets i've seen, large enough to fit a 2 liter bottle if you wanted to. Main compartment has a small zippered pouch in easy reach for smaller valuables. Only problem is it came with one pocket damaged.

It's spacious and holds my 10 x 14 laptop with room to spare. If your worried about your laptop get a briefcase or laptop specific bag.

It is tough and durable. I wanted one that could handle the general * such a bag generally endures in daily use. Icing on the it's not made in china like 99.

The bag is very comfortable owing to the wide strap which is adjustable. It contours to your body comfortably and stows well when not used.

This bag is sturdy and holds well with moderate things piled into it. This thing is massive though.

Cons

The dye emits a smell that is beyond horrible and it is such a poor dye that it comes off on everything that touches it.
