Pros

On this version of the m-65, the sizing runs large, which is a welcome benefit for this guy who wears 2xl standard. It is roomy enough for layers. With either jeans or casual pants, it fits good.

It comes with a detachable liner, a hood, and has four deep pockets for storing gloves and other essential survival gear. Includes button in liner. Comes with liner and all.

The material takes a little bit of breaking in to get it to soften up, but that will come in time. The size, material, and general specs are identical to the jacket i was issued in the 1970s. Zips and snaps are good quality.

The coat is very well made. The olive drab version will be available soon. It is a great coat for the cold winter months.

Cons

This complaint is not about the seller. This is nowhere near milspec. It will be not be worth returning for a refund.

The fabric is not thick but feels flimsy, especially the decorative flaps of cloth on the top of each shoulder. The rain flap is poorly designed and is about 25% shorter than my original jacket.

X-small is really a men's small to medium. It is possible, since i ordered a 2xs extra-large size that only these larger jackets are made in china.

I like the price so much i think i'll order 3 more for christmas gifts for my brother and cousins.

I heed the advice of many reviewers about buying a size smaller than you'd normally wear.

I'd say a 2xl is more like a 3xl on other jackets.
