Quality
Build quality - the stitching seems neat, the snaps are well built, its got a massive brass zipper.
Tiger stripe has always been my camo of choice, the m-65 has got a great color to this pattern and the build quality is nice.
I suppose you could take this as a positive, but be warned the sizing is very big.
It seems to be made well, has an inside liner on hat cones out and good that rolls up in the back and zipped when not using
Price
Price - i paid less than $100 for this jacket, and frankly i think that it's a pretty good price for this item.
For something to keep you warm on cold days and nights, still a good price.

I bought the large regular m65 in tiger stripe camo approximately 10 years ago

I did not use the liner that came with iti replaced it with a genuine us military issue liner
