The wrists are closed with with strong limitedstretch elastic which makes rolling up the sleeves to any significant degree impossible though one can do a singlefold rollback of the cuffs

Thus the jacket is basically a nosleeve heavy vest or fullsleeve garment also hookandloop patches have been used to secure pocket flaps which i find an inappropriate choice

There is a shallow vent located centrally in the back panel and two more at the sides where the back panel is joined to the left or right front panels

These look as though they might rip up into the body fabric if some fixed strong object were to be sideswiped or inadvertently hooked while the wearer of the jacket is in motion
