Pros & Cons
Pros
Great item and absolutely great value of money. Good quality snaps stay closed.
The one for the axe is very tight. Fits my axe nicely.
Cons
This product's description is inaccurate and misleading. This sheath is worthless. No idea why this merchant is allowed to to continue with this cheat.
This sheath is way too small to cover a standard size axe head.
Rivets very loose and about to fall off. The axe cover is very poorly stitched. The belt loop was stitched on crooked. It is about half sewn shut.
Highlights
Quality
Light weight, fit well and sturdy construction.
Seems like good canvas material to keep the blade at bay.
I suspect it was made for the small axes issued to gis during ww deuce.
Mine is around 3" in blade length and i couldn't find one that would be large enough.
Price
Good value, will fit many different hatchets
Works great for my hatchet can't be beat for the money.
For the price it is very nice.
Might have been a good deal to use it.
Packaging/appearance
Canvas sheath provides adequate protection when packing in container.
