It matches other tan items you can wear with the ocp uniform and gave more warmth than the issued one. Great for biking in the winter. Absolutely zero problems.
Covers the ears with plenty of material to tuck into the jacket. This combination makes it toasty warm. A necessity in colder weather after suffering frostnip on both cheeks.
It's more of a sweat pants kind of weave rather than a fluffy fleece. I feel the tighter weaving blocks wind better. Very nice, warm an breathable.
Cons
Made in china. Conversely the turtle company gets it right. Pull a brown paper bag down on your neck and save six bucks.

I had to cut it a bit to make it fit me well i own another rothco tactical face wrap but needed this one to be warmer i had to ask my mother to cut it and sow it again to make it fit because it was loose for me and kept falling
