Pros

The quality is amazing. I have the camco ones too and these are exactly the same. The color matches my usgi acu digital camo plate carrier perfect. Good material, durable, and practical shemagh.

The pattern is a poly stitched on over/through the base cotton sheet which gives a raised pattern more likely to snag or come free over time. Of the fine weave indian type (rather than the coarse weave afghani type) this is among the best.

Cons

It's relatively thin and the weave isn't very tight. Not soft, rather scratchy, in fact. The material seems much more inclined to snagging. Looking through each they have an equal gauze weave.

On the one i received, the light color is more yellowish and the dark color is a very dark green. The shemagh is clearly od.

Having been to the middle east and purchased shemaghs on the streets for $1 this one is overpriced. Unusable for me because of this. quality is too much of a gamble, at least from this source.

The material is a little thin and there is some loose strands of fabric, but the shipping was fast and the red color is vibrant!

Packaging/appearance

Many of the traditional black/white or red/white color scheme ones on amazon are cheap polyester.

Competitiveness

Used many rothco products over the years and am seldom disappointed.

Much larger than any other shemagh, so you have lots of overlap on your collar to keep sand out of your top.

If your looking for a shemagh thats actually thick and woven then this is the one.

I ordered this as kind of a gamble.
