Pros

Uses for first aid, primitive water debris filtration, makeshift carrying devise etc. Blocks the sun and wind and wipe perspiration. Just like the seals say about it.

It's long enough that i can rearrange it to cover my face, my ears, my head, whatever. Can tote things around or be used as a pillow.

Cons

This scarf is a disappointment. For the price it is not worth returning it back to the seller. The picture on here is totally misleading and wrong. I hope this helps someone else purchase the correct item and not base it on the pics on this link.

This thing is rough and scratchy. It has a repulsive stench and is unwearable. Itreeks of oil and is thinner than gauze.

It's a very loose weave. The pattern is made by making the weave so loose it can easily snag. The textile work is horribly shoddy and crooked as well.

I have only worn my shemagh a couple times so far but i can tell you that size is not an issue and the quality appears to be spot on.

Can't really go wrong with the rothco shemagh.

For the price i was expecting something that was way less quality.
