Pros

This jacket performs as advertised. It's great and is recommend it for most anyone that's outside moving around a lot. For its price well worth the purchase. Best deal on millitary style soft shell.

I have worn it in 15°f and the tee shirt, fleece, jacket combo is very comfortable/warm. Our freezer is mighty cold but with this one i didn't feel cold at only my hands which were exposed when i worked inside the freezer with no gloves.

Cons

Sizes run way too small. I'm 6’6” and 300 lbs and a 7xl was not big enough for me. Seems well made, but the sizing is way off!

Velcro wrist adjustment is 2 or more inches too short (the fuzzy side of velcro) the circumference for the wrist opening is about 12 inches. Unfortunately, the zipper was broken on arrival. The shoulders and the base of the arm holes are way too tight... Read More

Only difference in designs is rothco hood is removable the condors isn’t. I recommend removing the hood because it felt rear choked-like.

With the hood in the collar i found the collar to be a bit too bulky for my liking.

I decided to purchase this jacket as i have purchased other rothco products and never had any issues.

I wear a t-shirt and very light carhartt type of sweatshirt and it’s warm enough down into the high teens.

The jacket is warm down to 40 degrees with just a t-shirt.
