Pros

The knurled grip is the ideal diameter and texture. The barrel is a matte, cross-hatched black. Flawless construction, works perfectly.

Cons

This pencil is not a pleasure to use. My phone is more durable than this pencil. When you work your pencils are prone to fall from your desk.

Tried contacting rotring twice about getting a replacement tip if available. Emailed rotring support, no response. Amazon says, “limited guaranteed for 2 years from original purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship”.

But, it is very fragile. It just isn't worth hassling with it misfeeding all the time and the lead constantly snapping off.

Bad luck, i though. What a pity. It's worthless now.

The design of this pencil is terrible, which revolves around the eraser. The eraser gets pushed down and lodged into the lead tube.

Lots of features, lead doesn’t break easily thanks to the design, comfortable to hold, good grip

Super sturdy and holds just the right weight.

Due to the knurled grip, it is not slippery at all and remains grippy no matter what your hand is coated with.

The lead no longer feeds through properly and breaks inside of the lead pipe.

I was hesitant to buy this pencil, because who buys a pencil for $30, but i can say it has been worth it.

First: got mine on a great sale, about 40% off typical prices.

Pricey but just make sure you use it enough to make its worth

Only big thing i don't like is the flimsy box it came in, yet it came in perfectly functional and brand new.

My rotring 600 is my all-time favorite pen, even though you can no longer get the refills and i have to use other brands.

But the rotring 600 is something else altogether.
