I love these for making homemade veggie burgers with egg as the binding agent.
The egg makes the raw "burger" runny, so you need a metal ring like these to let it set up into a firm patty as it cooks.
If i was an egg i would want to hop right in this ring in a skillet of butter like a tiny jacuzzi !
A little thinner steel than the smaller rings i purchased from another source, but sturdy enough for their intended function.
