Easy to use and have been using roxio since 2005

I only bought it because it works multi computer and has good tools for editing/burning etc.

It is all very frustrating and i'm still waiting for a truthful response and repair.

The roxio creator nxt 9 installation cd that i ordered from amazon would not finish installing on my windows 11 computer.

Price

My only complaint is that the price is high.
