The issue isn't with amazon or the seller, but the substandard nature of the product itself. I'm done with products by corel (ie; roxio) overall, a poor experience.
This software is buggy, crashes if i'm not connected to the internet. The menus were limited in options and functionality. Save your money, and just purchase the cheapest usb to rca video/audio capture device on amazon, and download osb for your softw... Read More
Non-existent tech support. Got disconnected twice. Had to call again and again to finely speak to someone.

I converted about 20 8mm camcorder videos and it worked great, much better than my legacy box experience.

What the support information does not tell you is that older versions of net framework are required for the video view correctly from your vhs player
