Purchased this software to make backups of family dvd's, possibly amalgamate into a couple of blu-ray discs. It is a backup tool.
Cons
The user interface is difficult, plus if you quit and try to restart it will hang the mac. The add on software that comes with this bundle has intrusive adware.

Mac supports writing even without writing software but i got a lot of errors so i bought writing software
