I am not an audiophile but worked as an electronics technician for over twenty years the transmitter is small low power and works at 900 mhz which makes it line of sight

As i had hoped the transmitter that comes with these speakers is stronget than the one that came woith m of listeninghathe effect was thack remopte speaker pair that always has trouble tuning in to the transmitter so that the transmitter that comes withy these speakers is strongewr so that all other things being equal including uitter that comes with these speakerssing my old radio shack remote speakers the audio output is cleared at an even greated ffect was similar to listening to a transistor radio with a tuner distancethat tended to drift aaway from the signal

Bluetooth is absolutely not the way to go for a television speaker
