I flushed out the filters a few more times and then gave up for about two weeks and stuck to bottled water.

Price

Love it, but filters cost a crazy amount.

The black and white filters are way too expensive now.

I received order next day all good.

I had to return mine as it had a minor issue, but customer service was great.

Competitiveness

I had several different water filters that fit in the fridge and none of them compare to the taste that of a berkley (no taste).

I tried it and it was about 90% better than our tap water which isn't perfect but good enough for me.
