There were patches of mould all inside both stainless steel buckets, and on the white material used for packaging inside. Biggest waste of money ever. This companys claims are a big lie.

We have our berkey for 3 weeks now and the taste is still off slightly metallic

I suggest getting the metal stand to raise it up to a sensible height under the tap and replacing the basic tap with a water level tap so that you can see the water level and have a better overflow if you fill the upper tank too much

Its too slow its supposed to be slow its a filter a real filter its using the same process as mountains do just fill it up regularly not a big deal

It looks a bit expensive for just 2 buckets of stainless steel stacked on each other a spigot and a cover and it probably is

The main issue is the priming of the filters
