I too become frustrated when i receive crumbled cookies which normally happens with some shipments however i know beyond any doubt that neither the maker or seller of these cookies deserve any blame for all the cookie breakage

And unfortunately i believe breakage can neither be corrected or prevented and blaming the sellers or cookie makers with the exception of venting anger does no good
