Can put this over my big boiling pot and drain all oil from my fryer into the pot, clean the fryer, and dump the oil back in.
This is a beautifully necessary product for filtering used cooking oil from your deep fryer but of man, it is huge!

Back into the fryer cover it with plastic wrap and put the spatter shield back on
