Pros
The pillow has the right firmness and provides the best comfort for sleep. If you prefer a little softer, i suggest that you buy a medium fill, not the firm fill.
I find the lifespan to be around 5 years. This company provides top-notch service and products at an affordable price.
Nice king size, great loft and very moldable. Most comfortable pillow i've ever slept on.
My head melts into the pillow for optimum comfort as it forms a comfortable cocoon around my head. My husband sleeps on a memory foam pillow.
Cons
Pillows are very dense and don't flatten enough so they create an uncomfortable kinked neck or suffocate you if you sleep with them. Very disappointing to receive a down/feather blend when product is listed as down.

Pillow were packaged properly and delivered a a promise, exactly what i was looking for in a quality pilliow
I got them out of the box and the bag they came in and fluffed them up and i was in awe.
Make sure to fluff them when you get them out of the packaging.
