Pros

They are as advertised, heavy but soft and maleable. The soft ones are soft enough to alleviate my pain yet supportive to sufficiently cradle my neck. If you prefer a little softer, i suggest that you buy a medium fill, not the firm fill.

Cons

I'm so upset this company scammed me of my money. Returning immediately. This causes my neck to hurt.

New pillows are hard as rock slabs. Feels like a cheap pillow filled with a few specks of polyester. They have no resistance at all to the slightest compression and will easily compress to less than an inch thin.

It does not matter how much you fluff them up, they loose their shape the second you lay on them. They fluff up beautifully, but lay your head on them for 10 minutes and they are flat as a pancake.

The description says down, no mention of feathers but in actuality the pillow is 75% down 25% feathers. Very disappointing to receive a down/feather blend when product is listed as down.

Well, i was thinking this smell will disappear after the dry cleaning that cost me $30.

Pillow were packaged properly and delivered a a promise, exactly what i was looking for in a quality pilliow

I got them out of the box and the bag they came in and fluffed them up and i was in awe.

Make sure to fluff them when you get them out of the packaging.
