This unit costs a little more than the others, but i am very pleased with the results so far.

Hoover had no idea what was wrong with the machine.

If you can afford the $300+ price tag,you wont regret it.

Competitiveness

Dog hair rinses out of the suction thing so much easier than any other shampooer we've had.

Also, you can't beat the 3 year warrenty.

I told them they could keep it for that price, and visited their competitor.
