Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a decent non-gmo multivitamin that covers most of the basic vitamins but does not include fruit or vegetable blends. Contains a greens and reds blend in to help you get more veggies in your diet. Contains just about everything except iron, whi... Read More
Easy to take and *, with good absorption. The pill is slightly larger, maybe two tylenol together is how i would describe it. The 3 pill serving size is easy to * compared to some other brands.
Unisex formula, includes a 45 day supply which nice over the standard 30 day bottles. Have been taking animal paks for 20 years.
I'm impressed with the ingredients list as well as how these vitamins are made.
Highlights
Quality
I really like this blend and it worked well for me - and the quality is good.
Not only do you get several more ingredients than those off the shelf brands, but the quality is far superior, in my opinion.
Price
Compared to other multivitamins i liked how many servings you had to take in the day which isn't many and the price.
In addition, the cost is too high compared to other real food vitamins.
2 thing’s: (1) the amount they have is 1/3 of the bottle & (2) the 1/3 is not worth the price.
That makes the price a little too high.
Competitiveness
These also have a adaptogenic blend of several excellent herbs and mushrooms.
I use a their bcaa's and protein.
I look for vitamins that are real food-based ingredients.
Full disclosure: i was asked to write a review by a representative of the company.

I can only vouch that statement for taking them with food i cant make any claims for taking them on an empty stomach but since you are suppose to take your multivitamin with food to maximize the absorption of lipid soluble vitamins you shouldnt be taking them on an empty stomach anyway
