Pros & Cons
Pros
It works great for mixing flour and crisco together. Great for blending biscuit dough. Works well for scrambled eggs.
Go through tammy's website at collardvalleycooks dot com under 'shop' then utensils. I was led to this blending fork by tammy with collard valley cooks on youtube.
This fork works great for mixing and blending. I have found myself reaching for it when i'm mixing a meatloaf. The pastry blender is big and bulky but this fork is easy to maneuver.
Cons
It is barely attached at the handle. Not as strong alloy as original foley fork. Not strong enough to stir bread dough. Broke first time trying to blend 2 tablespoons of butter into 2 cups of flour.
Highlights
Quality
I am impressed with the look of this piece.
I wish it was heavier and sturdier, but for the price it is a good product.
Competitiveness
I saw a person on utube use this gadget for cutting butter into flour.

The original granny fork is much more sturdy and i have a feeling this will not take the abuse the original would have because the tines on the original were much thicker and more at a curve
