Pros

The rsvp bowl is large enough to hold a 12lb bird and thaw it. The sides are a bit thinner but still thicker than another brand. This bowl has taller sides and a narrower top than some other bowls i looked at that were very wide and shallow.

They are heavyweight and worth every penny you pay for them. Feels sturdy, not flimsy at all. I would prefer a little bit thicker so it doesn't arrive pre-dented.

Cons

The glue on the bottom is difficult to remove. The bowl is very light, while i’m no expert, isn’t stainless steel supposed to be heavier? This bowl is intended for mixing food, yet visibly releases metal dust at the slightest touch.

Shipping

It arrived promptly and i would not hesitate to use this vendor again.

It arrived very promptly, packed in a box large enough to house a small family (along with enough packing material to ship a ming vase).

It was initially out of stock, so i had to wait a short while, but the wait was worth it.

Packaging/appearance

Arrived with a dent, which i suspect is because the steel is not very thick.

It arrived absolutely surrounded by air bags in the box so it is in pristine condition.

Competitiveness

The sides are a bit thinner but still thicker than another brand i had compared it with.

In fact, this bowl is slightly heavier-duty than mom's version, so i'm not worried about that happening in the future.
