Pros & Cons
Pros
This is my second purchase of this brand grater. I am 100% satisfied with the quality and functionality. It also does well in the dishwasher. These are fantastic sharp graters.
It could be made of stiffer steel but works fine with minimal flexing. Sturdy, lightweight, comfortable to hold and use, sharp and a bargain too.
These are perfect to use when you want to grate a small amount. They are seamless on the sides so no cheese or vegetable matter slithers into the open seams.
Cons
Real stainless steel is not magnetized at all. Not stainless steel. Not surprised since it's made in china. No longer recommending this product.
Highlights
Quality
This is my second purchase of this brand grater (got the first years ago) and i am 100% satisfied with the quality and functionality.
The stainless steel is very high quality.
The grater teeth are very sharp and quite tall so with the larger of the two graters, you get very large single shreds of cheese.

Yes there is still a bottom rolled edge to this so its not sharp or anything but the bottom fold is on the inside of this grater and the fold is pinched closed so tightly that there is not enough space for any food to get stuck inside

I was excited to find these graters but was concerned they were a bit narrow

The grater doesnt have the rubber gasket or feet that cause the sanitation issues with most other graters

The biggest problem with cheaper graters is that food gets caught on the bottom edge where it is rolled up and there is a perpetual rotting mess

That one seemed like it would have lasted forever
