Pros
Great to use instead of a pam product. Easy to clean and does not slip in the hand when using. Not such a problem with pure olive oil. Author is an awesome doctor/chef who occasionally writes reviews of good things he has found on gourmet's webpage.
The endurance sprayer has a good strong spray mist. The spray is not always the strongest but i definitely prefer it to propellant. It produces a mist unlike my old sprayer which tended to spatter.

This prevents oil from filling the center resivoir and flooding it or so the package says something to that effect

The package recommeds an initial pumping of 68 times i do that at first then spray for a few seconds pump a bit more spray and continue as needed to keep an even spray sounds complicated but pretty easy mostly neccessary when trying to coat a lot of popcorn otherwise one pumping sequence is fine

At first i was ready to send it back because it wasnt misting it would squirt out and only a couple drops would come out before i would have to pump it up again

Dont think it is as bad for a nonstick pan as pam or the equivalent
