Pros & Cons
Pros
Heavy, but not too heavy for arthritic hands, rolls easily and smoothly. Heavy enough to flatten dough. Perfect as the rolling pin is made of smooth metal.
It works beautifully though, and is beautiful in appearance. Works well, cleaned easily. This stays cool, so that is much less of an issue.
