It was gifted so i’m not aware if there were any issues but it looked fine when i opened it to do a visual check

The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that it came with a broken wire

It cuts cheese well the wire cutting handle does not sit flat which looks off and unfinished but it has to be that way so it cuts on an angle

And the only other thing was the feet on the bottom were absolute junk and it slid all around

So i had to glue some soft rubber feet onto the other ones to stop it from sliding all over the place
