It is almost double some of the other olive wood utensils in my quiver. The grip on the handle is excellent.
It feels smooth & shapely in your grasp. It is smooth and the handle is ergonomic. I really like how smooth the wood is and there's a kind of gloss to it.
This is what you want in a durability, and design in one. This, in particular, looks durable and strong.

Quality
Very happy with the quality and look of it.
I was happily shocked at the quality and durability of this wooden cooking spoon.
The spatula looks just like the product pictures -- at least the ones where the spatula is used to cook food.
