Pros

The high handle arch is also a nice touch, as it provides a comfortable grip. The open top allows the user to push the fondant (or anything else) out of the cutter, if it is stuck. These cutters are well made and nest for compact storage.

It seems well made and sturdy. If you want to make madame croque, it is even better. I get tired of the filmy junk that is out in the market.

Slightly larger than the bottom diameter of a mini cupcake. Great for cookies, doughnuts, all kinds of things. The gems work great if you want to make biscuits or hole eggs to a specific size.

Cons

This defeats my original purpose for buying these. The invoice has the correct item listed but that's not what i got. The rest are so small i plead complete ignorance as to what they could be used for.

While these are called square cutters, they're more like slight parallelograms. There's rough metal edges all over the handles and the ring itself isn't fully fastened. The mold also has a part where the metal overlaps and ruins the design.
