This scoop is much heavier and durable than i was expecting. The price is definitely right for a gadget of this quality and utility. Highly pleased and would recommend to a prospective purchaser. It's got a nice weight to it as well.
The bottom of the scoop can be used to tamp the grounds down before brewing. For the days i want to make 3-cups to fill a travel mug, the single tablespoon comes in handy.
Rsvp's scoop is heavy stainless steel with what looks like a very solidly made clipping mechanism with a strong spring. It's stainless steel, so it won't rust and has a sleek look.

The clip is nice and tight and is a nice additional feature especially since the plastic clips on the bags always fall off after about 3 times

Bag is clipped shut opens to scoop the coffee then clips back till tomorrow
