This ceramic one is perfect and solves all those problems! Cleans very easily in the dishwasher. My only quibble is that it is ceramic so it's a bit heavier than i expected.

The stoneware is so much safer than plastic.

Cons

The lid was shattered. It says it will hold an 8 inch tortilla, but it doesn't. Bummer that the 10 inch sized warmer is almost twice the price.

I have had guests ask me where i got this from - it looks so good.

It is nicely-packaged, in case you'd like to give it as a gift.

In person the color which rsvp calls 'white' is actually a very pretty beigey, sandy, oatmeal sort of color {see photos}.
