Pros & Cons
Pros
The seal is good, possibly too good but that is okay. Very durable. Perfect for outdoor use.
Rtic 20 oz insulated tumbler is durable & well-made. Not quite as nicely finished as a yeti, but it functions as well and is considerably cheaper. The standard yeti lid is easier to clean. This limits me to a thinner plastic or stainless stray.
Cons
The ice melts about 15 minutes after he fills his cup. The lid is also oval and not round so it does not seal either.
The color is very different from the online depiction. I have a yeti and an ozark and this is not comparable. Pre-engraved with sunstate equipment and dirty.
Highlights
Quality
I was very happy with the quality of this tumbler, i use it everyday!
Good quality this is the second one that i bought and keeps it cold all day long
The only negative thing i can say is the lid can chip if you're clumsy like me and drop it in the driveway!
I’ve had ice in the cup two days after i put it in there.
Price
One issue i had, however, is that i paid extra for cardinal ($24.
We actually only needed replacement lids but they were only $2 cheaper than buying a whole new cup.
Packaging/appearance
Not happy bc i don't like blue the picture was deceiving as far as the color goes wow not going to order the 10 ones i would have
Competitiveness
I love this brand so much especially in the 40 ounce i think it’s better than any other brand i have purchased i continue to bu... Read More
I use to use a yeti before switching over to rtic and it is a night and day difference for me in regards to the quality and price.
We’ve purchased a few more tumblers through the years but nothing even comes close to the rtic.
Much lower price than a more well known cup brand but works as well if not better!
