Pros

After owning the rtic 30 for daily use at work it still looks like it did day 1. Great for the beach or boat - when it's empty it's light and easy to handle and store. The zipper is also very sturdy, but can be challenging to open unless you are using... Read More

Cooler works well, but not a world beater, so 4 not 5. My husband is aa truck driver hold its chill for 2 days with 2 5lb ice packs.

Kudos to rtic too. Excellent customer service. Customer for life here. A few of my friends have one and praise it up and down.

Cons

The cooler's insulation performance seems to be good, but they skimped on the materials for the carrying strap as it broke on its third use. No information as to how to pack the cooler with bottled water and ice.

Used a handful of times and seam ripped on the bottom. Zipper is also hard to use. I usually find myself trying to do thibgs while holding onto a child or multitasking and it was near impossible.

Hate it. Oh heck no. Very disappointed. Terrible performance. Horrible thing. It was horrible.
