After a few hot days i noticed the ice wasn’t lasting long and the lid was warped

It took three days for mine to get to them one day for them to inspect it and then they sent it back with second day air

When my dad went to return his yeti it took at least two weeks to get his new one and even when he got it they messed up the label and put a street number that doesn’t exist on our street
