Pros

Very durable, sturdy and easy to clean. Built in divider section is awesome. Rubber latch feels heavy duty and secure.

This is great because now my food perishables can stay very cool over 10 days. I use the rtic in the back of my truck when going hiking or camping, many times i'm in yosemite for 2-5 days where the sun is hot.

Cons

Cooler doesn't really outperform the cheaper coolers at walmart.

We were suckered. They offer to do nothing in light of all the inconveniences. Unfortunately, this is all bogus.

The left side of the front is so scuffed it looks like the molding wasn't properly done. The seal on the inside was ripped *. Oily substance and hairs on it.

I have used rtic products and purchased this because i liked the quality.

Perfect size for our needs and very well made, no quality issues what so ever.

There’s almost no difference other than the logo as to the quality of this cooler.

It does not come with the basket or divider.

Price

This was a great product for the price.

Its great but the price is ridiculous.

Shipping

The shipping from amazon was super fast!

The shipping box had some damage, but the cooler was perfectly fine inside.

The shipping box seemed to be in good shape, but didn't have extra padding and did take an extended transit time via a 3rd party shipper.

Packaging/appearance

I filled in some of that with conventional freezer packs, and then the dry ice and its plastic bags filled the rest pretty tightly.

Competitiveness

This cooler performs as good as it’s expensive four letter “y” competition for less money and more room!

Drinks and food stay cold much longer than the cheaper old-school coolers.

They are a bit expensive, but if you're looking to avoid frequent trips to the gas station for ice, these rtic coolers are beasts.

Did not buy this from amazon, got it from rtic directly because i wanted it in blue.
